Anything with hair, a tail, on metal or string (i.e. unicorns, car charms or keychains, etc) should only be spot cleaned/hand washed.

All other items can be machine wash (gentle) in cool water with gentle detergent (no bleach). Lay flat to dry. I highly recommend hand washing to ensure the longevity of your items.

Everything is packaged with great care to ensure safe travels! Every order is now packaged in a reusable burlap bag and colorful tissue paper ready for gift giving.

Extra gift wrapping is available at an extra cost at checkout : a white box with a hang tag for writing messages. For multiple Critters going to one recipient : Critters are carefully placed in a single gift box.

Alternatively, there are upgraded gift wrapping (a gift box with a hand-stamped colored card) for purchase in the shop. Check out the "Gift Boxes" section for more information.

Receipts are included in every order. Gift messages will be included exactly as they are typed. Emojis and special characters do not appear.
